Endurance Sports Management
Since 2004, Jonathan and Lynne Hoskins have conducted over 87 separate multisport and running events, serving over 30,000 athletes. Events included ITU Pan American Championships, Iron Distance Triathlons, USAT Olympic development qualifiers for future Olympians. Jon and Lynne are USAT certified race directors.
Jon Hoskins, as the manager of Performance Evaluation and Measurement for King County DCHS - Community Services Division, was the point person for King County on the RCW requirement since 2013 until retirement in 2018. He is trained as a Baldrige examiner and has worked closely with PENW and the Department of Commerce to design meaningful, manageable processes for small agencies to create and submit their Lite assessments; all with an eye towards meeting RCW and Departments of Commerce requirements. To this end Jon is pleased to offer the following resources to agencies who are navigating the requirements. A first place to start is to download the Guidance and Guidelines documents, which provides and overview of the RCW and FAQ from the Department of Commerce. It then provides full detail for conducting a lite assessment for your housing program.

Training in writing the lite assessment as a housing or community action agency
Jon has been working with WSQA/PENW in 2019 to create training specific to CHG and State Housing Resources Grantees to understanding and completing the Lite Assessment in order to meet the RCW requirements. Workshops are interactive with other grantees and you will leave with complete outlines of your lite assessment. Onsite Agency Writing Training
Jon is available to provide two day agency specific training on-site at your agency for your assessment team. Fee is stated on the registration website (link below) The cost is 850.00 plus travel. Your agency staff will have a detailed outline of your agency specific submissions, examples of like agency submissions and a workplan to accomplish the work.
